Sad to hear that a few HK expats have been killed in The Philippines, particularly Manfred Schoeni owner of the “Schoeni” Art Galleries in Central.
On the weekend I was out with my girlfriend in Tsuen Wan, when a Chinese guy approached us and threatened to kill us as he didn’t approve of our mixed relationship. It’s the first time I’ve come across this sort of thing HK and imagine it’s quite rare - but still it was a little scary!
