Hong Kong Designer - Diary

Saw this on the local news that it’s No Air Conditioner Day today as the Environmentalists wanted to bring to attention the daily energy that is used to power the machines. The news showed a local school with kids participating in the special day, but they all looked hot and bothered and ended up complaining that they couldn’t concentrate on their work.

They decided to spend the whole day making fans to cool down. Problem is how much paper was used to create the fans? Surely this would have a greater effect on the environment. Nice idea though.
