Best Blogs in Asia > About BBA
Inspired by the Asia Blog Awards which launched in 2003, I created my own version around May 2004 showcasing New Asia Weblogs in a dynamic automated environment which allows anyone to Promote and Vote for the Best Blog in Asia.
The submission guidelines are quite simple:
- The site must be a blog and based in Asia, hence Best
Blogs in Asia.
- No "Photo Blog" sites allowed.
- Must not contain pornography, hatred material or excessive bad
language.
- Blogs can be submitted by site owners or general public.
- All blogs must be in English language.
- A link back to Best Blogs in Asia is not neccessary, but is
certainly welcome.
Site Features
The Site has developed greatly from the version launched in 2004, here's an example of what features are on the site:
- 5,000 Unique visitors per day view Best Blogs in Asia.
- User can select which country their blog belongs to and then
submit a simple application for approval.
- User is able to upload a small image to showcase their site.
- All accepted sites dynamically link up to useful services such as
Alexa, Waybackmachine, Page Ranking and much more.

How can I update my listing / add a small graphic showing my site?
Go to your Site Information page, click on Modify and then input your password you registered with. If you forgot your password, you can use the enter your email address in the password box and you will reminded of your password. All image uploads should be 60 x 45 pixels in Jpeg format.
How can I advertise on the site?
We are available to promote your site through rotating banner ads throughout the whole site. The banner should be in either jpeg or gif format and 468x60 pxls in size.
